About Track & Field Coaching

AP Nutrition & Training’s track and field coaching in Cary, North Carolina and virtually provides dedicated track and field athletes with detailed and individualized training to help them level up in their sport.

All AP Nutrition & Training clients have the pleasure of working with Coach Amanda Pasko, MS, MPH, a Registered Dietitian, a performance nutritionist, and a USATF Level II Coach, who has two World Championships under her belt, coached over 30 USATF and New Balance National Medalists, led many athletes to national medals and personal records, and has over a decade of track and field coaching experience.

I’m an intermediate long distance runner and worked with Amanda to improve my fueling for half marathon/marathon training and races. She helped me demystify and calculate what my individual macros and caloric needs are for every sort of training day (rest day, long run day, speed work day, resistance training day, race day, etc. ) and I feel much more confident, energized, and empowered with her coaching.
