- 4 weekly virtual meetings (30 minutes) / 4 weekly sessions (60-90 minutes)
- Meetings focused on reviewing past week of training and preparing to optimize the next week of training
- Nutrition strategies and resources to support health and performance
- Direct messaging with Amanda at any point in the program
Cross Country Season Preparation Package (Coming Summer 2026):
Who It’s For:
- Athletes committed to using their fall to prepare full for their upcoming cross country season
What’s Included:
- 12 weekly virtual meetings (30 minutes) / 12 weekly sessions focusing on speedwork and running form (60-90 minutes) or as many for each week in the summer
- Detailed training plan for between sessions (split into into training cycles depending upon overall training duration, with mileage and workout themes based upon the athlete’s goals, background, and schedule)
- Session summaries and focus points for the next week
- Nutrition strategies and resources to support health and performance.
- Direct messaging with Coach Amanda at any point during the program.
Track and Field Season Preparation Package (ComingTrack and Field Season Preparation Package (Coming Fall 2026)
