Coach Amanda Pasko, MS, MPH, Registered Dietitian, and USATF Level II Coach, brings her experience as both an elite athlete, a performance nutritionist, and a dedicated coach to the work she does with her clients at AP Nutrition & Training.

She’s passionate about helping others achieve their goals through evidence-based nutrition programs designed for student-athletes, elite athletes, adult athletes, and health-focused adults and families, as well as in track and field training. 

“Outside of nutrition and track, I love spending time with friends and family, traveling to new places and trying local cuisine, and spending time outside and am an active member of my church. I have a goal to compete in a track meet in all 50 states and visit each National Park in the US.”

3 health-specific degrees under her belt in Kinesiology & Sports Medicine, Nutrition, and Nutritional Epidemiology.

6 international competitions in the ultra multi-events, which encapsulates the double heptathlon and double decathlon.
