Factors outside of training provide an often-overlooked path to reach a new level. Tailored nutrition strategies, along with recovery strategies used by elite athletes, play a crucial role in athletic development, including enhancing strength, coordination, speed, and improvement from training. These programs offers a different angle up: use strategies outside of training used by elite athletes to raise performance this year and enhance health and performance for years to come.   

With virtual nutrition coaching provided by Coach Amanda Pasko, MS, MPH, Registered Dietitian, and USA Track and Field (USATF) Level II Coach, student-athletes can elevate their performance and optimize their health with strategies fully tailored to their unique needs.

Coach Amanda’s personal experience altering her diet and recovery strategies as an athlete has helped her achieve enormous results from being very good in track and field early in high school to competing internationally for the U.S. after college.

After Coach Amanda gained a deep understanding of nutrition, she was inspired to teach others what she learned and become a Registered Dietitian (RD). The RD credential means she can assess and assist clients with their nutritional needs, develop personalized meal plans, and educate clients about healthy eating habits.

She took her nutritional knowledge to help universities and inpatient and outpatient departments in five hospitals. Ultimately, she knew the private practice setting would be the greatest opportunity to help others in her specific areas of expertise and provide highly individualized support.

Coach Amanda’s multi-faceted background as an athlete, a Registered Dietitian, a performance nutritionist for dozens of track & field athletes competing in national and international championships, and USATF Level II Coach makes her the go-to nutrition expert for student-athletes. She has a strong drive to show student-athletes the impact of nutrition beyond training and competition and take full advantage of it.
