  • Athletes committed to using their fall to prepare full for their upcoming cross country season

What’s Included:

  • 12 weekly sessions focusing on speedwork and running form (60–90 minutes), or as many as needed each week throughout the summer.
  • Detailed training plan for between sessions (split into 3 4-week segments, progressing from general to specific preparation, involving daily training themes based upon the athlete’s goals, background, schedule)
  • Session summaries and focus points for the next week
  • Nutrition strategies and resources to support health and performance
  • Direct messaging with Amanda at any point in the program
